Who is At Home Tests?At Home Tests was started in 2003 to make health testing more accessable to the general public.
At Home Tests created this website to provide an opportunity for people concerned about their health to test their health safely, accurately and privately.
Through its vast relationships in the healthcare industry, At Home Tests searches out the best "At Home" type test kits and makes them available to the public on the At Home Tests website.
Currently the At Home Tests product line of test kits covers health conditions from monitorimg diabetes to testing the thyroid. The most recent update to the At Home Tests product line is the VisiDerm Skin Monitoring System. The At Home Tests product line is continually expanding and will be offering test kits in the allergy and asthma fields in the near future.
Is ordering online from At Home Tests safe?When the At Home Tests' order form asks you to enter sensitive information such as credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. SSL technology encrypts the information customers send when they place an order. The information is encrypted on the computer, sent through the Internet as jumbled code and decoded on a secure server. It cannot be read in transit.
Does At Home Tests sell my email address or information?No. At Home Tests values your business and respects your privacy. At Home Tests does not (and will not) sell your information.
Can I order multiple products at one time?Yes. The At Home Tests' shopping cart allows you to add as many products as you like. You even have the option of spliting your shipping destinations in case you want to send items to different addresses.
What type of shipping does At Home Tests offer?Currently, At Home Tests uses USPS (ground) and Fed Ex as its main shipping providers. There are 3 (three) shipping categories available through Fed Ex - 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight.
How long does it take to receive my order?The time it takes to receive your order depends on the type of shipping option you selected. Ground can take anywhere from four to ten business days. 3-Day takes three business days. 2-Day takes two business days. Overnight means your order will arrive by 5:00 P.M. the following day. All orders must be received by 12:00 (noon) Central time for same day shipping. If your order is received after 12:00 (noon) Central time, your order will not ship until the following day.
Orders placed between 12:00 (noon) Central time Friday and 11:59 P.M. Central time Sunday will ship on Monday.
Orders paid for by PayPal eCheck, will not be shipped until PayPal instructs At Home Tests that the payment has cleared. This generally takes about four business days.
Will At Home Tests be offering other products?Yes. As At Home Tests finds, evaluates and approves other high quality test kit type products, we will add them to our current line of offered products. If you know of/or have a specific product that you would like At Home Tests to consider, feel free to send At Home Tests an email at Products, and we will look into that item.
